1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using ChargerOnMap, you agree to these Terms. ChargerOnMap is an independent information and map service that helps users locate EV charging stations in India. It does not sell electricity, operate charging stations, process charging payments, or act as an agent for any charging-network provider unless it expressly says so in writing.
2. Information on the service
Station names, addresses, coordinates, connector types, power ratings, availability, prices, access rules and other details may be supplied by third parties, users, public sources or network providers. They can change without notice and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. You must independently confirm the station's location, compatibility, operating status, pricing, access requirements and safety conditions with the relevant operator before travelling, charging or making a payment.
3. Third-party names, logos and content
Network-provider names, trademarks, logos and station information shown on ChargerOnMap belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify a charging network or station and help users locate it. Their display does not mean that ChargerOnMap is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorised by, or partnered with that owner. If you are a rights holder or provider and believe information, a logo or other content is inaccurate or unauthorised, contact us at chargeronmap@gmail.com with supporting details; we will review it promptly.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for driving safely, complying with applicable traffic, parking, electricity and site rules, and using compatible equipment. Do not rely on this service where doing so could endanger you or another person. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape or reproduce substantial portions of its data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChargerOnMap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy, completeness or availability of any station or third-party information. ChargerOnMap will not be liable for losses arising from reliance on map or station information, a failed or unavailable charging session, third-party conduct, route decisions, vehicle damage, personal injury, payment disputes or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
6. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction over the service operator's place of business will have jurisdiction over disputes. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated Terms.
