Mahindra New EV Cars in 2027: What Is Officially Known
Mahindra says NU_IQ production begins in 2027, but the company has not yet announced final EV model names, variants or prices for that rollout.
Mahindra's Freedom_NU showcase introduced the Vision.S, Vision.X, Vision.T and Vision.SXT concepts on the modular, multi-energy NU_IQ platform. Mahindra says the platform can support EV and ICE powertrains.
The official FAQ says these are concept designs, not production-ready vehicles, and that NU_IQ models will begin production from 2027. It also says booking details, production intent and rollout plans will be announced closer to launch.
That means it is accurate to say Mahindra has a 2027-onwards product direction, but not to publish unconfirmed battery sizes, range, prices or a precise launch date as fact. Follow Mahindra's official channels for the production announcements.
